Associate Attorney The candidate should have experience with Plaintiffs Medical Malpractice or a related practice area. Medical or nursing training would be especially useful. Must have 3 years experience for this role. The position would include working on cases already in the office as well as new matters and managing those matters from Intake through Investigation and trial preparation. It provides a great opportunity to defend and take depositions in highly specialized and extremely interesting aspects of Medicine. It also provides an opportunity to participate in a quality practice and to work on complex matters through trial, trying cases with experienced trial attorneys. The position also includes daily client contact and requires excellent skills in communication, both written and verbal, with compassion and judgment.
