Associate Attorney Responsibilities: Shadow and emulate the Principal Attorneys in every aspect of their role as estate planning, elder law, and probate practitioners in the pursuit of both growing our existing locations and personal clientele. Attending client meetings, designing tax, business and estate plans, completing notes from client meetings, conducting client signing appointments and family meetings, responding to client emails and phone calls, drafting and reviewing documents and working with support staff to accomplish case goals. Qualifications: JD Degree and either licensed to practice law in Texas or in the process of being licensed no later than April 2021. Proficiency in writing, grammar, and typing skills. Internships or experience in estate planning, elder law, business law, tax planning and/or financial planning is a plus. 3+ years of experience is preferred. Professional in behavior and office interactions, organized, detail-oriented, flexible and adaptable in work responsibilities, able to accept instruction and feedback on work product and professional presentation, entrepreneurial, outgoing, self-starter, eager to learn, team player, enjoy networking, humble, trustworthy, dependable, loyal.
