Corporate Attorney The candidate should have 1+ year of experience performing transactional diligence and/or reviewing and drafting commercial contracts in a law firm or in-house corporate legal department. The main responsibilities for this role will involve acting as the junior lawyer primarily responsible for diligence on M&A transactions, and also representing clients in connection with daily matters including commercial contracts. This is a non-partnership track position. J.D. and Georgia Bar required.
