Litigation Attorney The candidate will handle a wide variety of cases in the areas of commercial litigation and transactional work. Will involve all phases of litigation and includes drafting pleadings and discovery, managing files, and handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Must be admitted to practice in Oregon. Should have 2+ years of relevant litigation experience. An exceptional academic record along with excellent oral and written communication skills required. 1+ year of private law firm practice is needed. Should have strong legal research, analytical and problem-solving skills. Must possess strong organizational and time management skills with the proven ability to work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment. Transactional drafting experience preferred; Corporate experience a plus.
