Prior Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy petition preparation and filing through Best Case Bankruptcy software is required. Must have 2 years experience including skills and/or knowledge related to: Chapter 7 Bankruptcy; Chapter 13 Bankruptcy; CM/ECF/PACER/DOC LINK; Best Case bankruptcy software; Suite Solutions. U.S. Eastern District and Western District of Wisconsin, Bankruptcy Courts.
