Job Description The attorney will be working on broad based corporate transactional matters, including: entity formation, M&A, joint ventures, financing, real estate, etc. This role will involve drafting of corporate contracts and real estate documents. The attorney hired for this position will work directly with law firm partners. The Successful Applicant Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of corporate and transactional experience in a law firm. JD from an accredited law school with top academic credentials. Admission to Pennsylvania Bar. Extremely well presented, client facing, excellent communication skills. A strong work ethic, strong interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to work well with a team, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to effectively handle multiple projects across various disciplines.
