Legal Secretary Litigation The candidate will be responsible for transcription, editing and formatting of letters and other documents; submitting materials to Courts and parties; managing the workflow within the department; opening new matters, expense reports and other administrative tasks as needed. Must have 5+ years of legal support experience. Workers Compensation experience is a plus. Microsoft Office proficiency and strong attention to detail is required. Working knowledge of the Workers Compensation process is preferred.
