Legal Secretary The candidate's duties will include drafting QDRO s, correspondence and some estate planning documents. Additional duties will include, acting as client liaison, calendaring deadlines, file organization, and client communications. Additional tasks will be time keeping and entry, closing and scanning files, billing, mailing, etc. Will also be responsible for estate planning documents, files and binders. Must possess office skills such as dictation transcription, proofreading, filing, scanning, copying, mailing, and any and all other general office assistance that may be required. Ability to work with a large number of files, pay strict attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are a must. High school or equivalent is needed. Should have 3 years of experience.
