Legal Secretary (Hybrid) The candidate' must have at least 5 years' experience as a paralegal and/or legal secretary; Experience 5 years (Required). Should have Litigation skills and in depth knowledge of general filing and calendaring procedures in Federal and State court; Should have knowledge of legal terminology, legal and court procedures, e-filings, docket and records management; Practical knowledge of timekeeping, client billing, A/R responsibilities and expense reimbursement procedures; Exceptional organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines; Proficiency with Microsoft Word is a must, including the use of styles and the creation and formatting of pleadings and other documents, including appeals briefs, and tables of contents and authorities. Should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with people of varying skills, responsibilities, and backgrounds; and Exceptional grammar, spelling, redlining and proofreading skills.
