Insurance Defense Attorney The candidate should have 1-3 years of insurance defense experience. Prior experience in automobile bodily injury, uninsured motorist and premises liability is preferred. Requesting two (2) writing samples, three (3) professional references. Must have strong research, writing and communication skills. Key responsibilities will include: drafting pleadings, motions and memoranda of law; drafting discovery requests and responses; taking and defending depositions; conducting site inspections; conferring with clients; and attending hearings. A strong work ethic, aggressive mindset and desire to gain trial experience are required.
