Legal Secretary Duties: Help with a wide array of litigation support functions. Case management; Drafting of legal documents including initial filings, motions, discovery, notices, etc; Filing of legal documents; requesting medical records; Calendar due dates for discovery, motions and all corresponding motion opposition and reply dates; Assisting attorney with discovery matters; Client management. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor's Degree. Must have 2+ years of experience working in a personal injury office. Communicate professionally and courteously with our clients. Excellent writing skills are a must. Someone with civil litigation experience, preferably in personal injury.
