Tax Attorney The candidate should have 2 Years Experience. Should have experience advising and representing clients with tax disputes before the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing agencies. Tax attorney will represent clients in all stages of tax controversy, including audits and examinations, appeals, tax litigation, and tax collection cases. CPA license and/or LL.M. in taxation required. CPA or LL.M preferred.
