Must have 2 years experience with international corporate reorganizations, liquidations, and post-acquisition integrations. Must be well-versed in drafting corporate documents forpost-M&A integration. Should have experience working directly with corporate tax colleagues and foreign counsel. Peer law firm experience is preferred. Must be admitted to the California Bar.
