Associate Attorney The Candidate is responsible for conducting depositions of fact and expert witnesses; developing, sending, and responding to discovery; effectively communicating with clients; researching and drafting motions and briefs; and generally working up an asbestos-disease case from intake to trial. Must have 1-2 years of Plaintiff's personal injury experience (Preferably prior asbestos experience). Must be licensed to practice law in California.
