Legal Secretary Responsibilities: Preparing, editing and finalizing litigation documents. Calendaring court dates/deadlines. Filing with State and Federal courts (including e-filing). Qualifications: Must have 3-5+ years of litigation experience as a Lead Legal Secretary. Experienced Lead Litigation Legal Secretary. Will have substantial civil litigation experience, be experienced with e-filing in state/federal courts, calendaring, and various legal administrative duties. Must have knowledge of court filing requirements, including experience with e-filing in state/federal courts. Strong software skills and knowledge, Microsoft Word, WordPerfect, and Calendaring software [preferably CompuLaw: Vision] Exceptional communication skills to communicate with attorneys, staff, and clients. Highly organized and detail oriented to assist four attorneys. Represents basic qualifications for this Litigation Legal Secretary position.
