Corporate Legal Assistant/Paralegal Responsibilities: Prepare organizational documents including entity formations, registrations and compliance filings. Interface with attorney service providers to manage filings and document retrievals from Secretaries of State. Prepare conveyance and other closing documents. Redline and format Word documents. Calculate and calendar contract key dates. Prepare title binders for attorney review. Prepare client invoice accountings. Transcription as needed. Entry of attorney timesheets into billing system. Maintain paperless filing system. Qualifications: Excellent computer skills; proficient in MS Office suite, Adobe, Excel. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure. Strong communication and organizational skills and ability to effectively analyze and solve problems.
