Associate Attorney The candidate will handle all aspects of litigation from inception up to trial. Will work on a wide array of litigation including commercial and real estate litigation, family law, criminal defense, Surrogate's Court litigation and landlord-tenant. Must have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, be organized and able to work independently, have litigation experience in one of the areas of practice and be motivated to work in a fast-paced environment. NY Bar admission is required as well as a reliable car because Court appearances can be geographically dispersed. Some litigation experience is required. Must have 3+ years of experience.
