Part-time Temporary Family Law / Civil Litigation Attorney The candidate should preferably have 3+ years of experience in family law and general civil litigation. Substantial trial experience and experience taking depositions and handling a case from beginning to end with no oversight is required. Should have excellent drafting, research, written grammar and communication skills. Must be able to manage and handle own files from start to finish. Fluency in a second language is a plus. Note: The candidate will work 20 hours/week, but hours are expected to increase over time. Start date will be a mutually agreed date in December or January.
