Medical Malpractice Paralegal The candidate will assist with tracking and calendaring new cases/appearances. Will be drafting documents (Answers, Discovery Demands, etc.). Putting together motions with exhibits. E-filing. Research. Obtain expert transcripts. Data entry. Generally assisting and leading the team as necessary. Should preferably have a paralegal certificate and be able to multi-task, have good organizational skills, be detail oriented, is smart, hard-working and works well with others. Prior experience as a medical malpractice/personal injury paralegal is a must.
