Paralegal Assistant / Paralegal- Bankruptcy The candidate will be responsible for interacting with clients who are seeking relief by filing a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. Gathering initial information from new potential clients via the telephone and/or in person. Scheduling appointments for potential new client and existing clients. Hearings Preparation and drafting Pleadings. Maintaining existing clients who already retained our office by answering their questions and attending to their needs. Working together as a team and individually. Perform other duties as assigned to assist Attorneys, managers and paralegals as needed. Spanish speakers are highly preferred. 1-2 years of legal office experience is preferred.
