Family Law Attorney, Contract Candidate will provide the clients, perform the initial phone consultation and arrange to meet with the clients for an in person consultation at our satellite office. Duties will include: Represent clients in all aspects of their cases. Will be the primary attorney contact on cases assigned to from start to completion. Will be supervised by the managing attorney and should be able to attend hearings in and around County on assigned matters and for other matters on an as needed basis. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited law school with a JD Degree. Licensed as an attorney by the State of New York. Member in good standing with the New York Bar. 2+ years of Family Law experience is a must.
