Associate Attorney Candidate must have: 3+ years of experience handling civil litigation (preference given to candidates who have handled elder abuse, personal injury or employment cases (either FEHA cases or class actions or both). Experience drafting various pleadings, motions to compel, complex motions including summary judgment or class certification motions. Prefer strong research and writing experience to handle brief writing and written discovery in elder abuse, personal injury and/or FEHA and employment cases. Able to work independently as well as a team player.
