Typist / Legal Secretary The candidate should preferably have time to give priority to firm typing when needed and have an excellent typing speed with great accuracy. Excellent skill with Microsoft Word is critical with ability to create footnotes, TOC, tables of authorities, and citations are critical. Organizational skills, ability to track status of typing and projects are a necessity. Any additional law-firm skills such as e-filing with Courts and knowledge of legal billing software is a plus.
