Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury Duties: Heavy client interaction by telephone, mail and in person. Draft various pleadings, motions, correspondence and other documents. Prepare and respond to discovery. Review and summarize medical records. Prepare litigation attorney for depositions, mediations and arbitrations. Assist with trial preparation including jury instructions, trial exhibits, Subpoenas, etc.. Manage Court dockets. Draft settlement calculations and agreements. Other administrative duties such as organizing case files, calendaring hearings, filing, etc. Qualification: High School diploma. 3-5 years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience. Working knowledge of motions, discovery, litigation documents, court practices, etc.. Experience with Needles case management/document management software preferred. Attention to detail; able to multitask; professional demeanor. Strong written/verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle a large volume of work in a fast-paced environment with numerous deadlines. Extremely organized and reliable, including thorough knowledge of assigned files. Ability to prioritize tasks in order of importance.
