Patent Attorney The candidate should be a lateral associate with electrical engineering, computer science, and physics degrees. Must have USPTO registration, State Bar admission, and 2+ years of patent prosecution experience. Candidate with pre-law engineering work experience preferred. Experience in any of semiconductor process and packaging, image processing, and communication systems is a major plus.
