Bilingual Immigration Case Manager/ Paralegal Duties: Preparation of immigration forms, motions, and documents for attorney review; meeting with clients to gather documents and information and compose affidavits and statements; collaborate with clients and attorney to develop evidence for cases, communication with government officials regarding case status inquiries and requests; and various administrative tasks to include opening files, calendaring deadlines, and assisting with mail. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree. Fluent in Spanish. Must be extremely well organized, possess exceptional analytical and organizational skills, be good communicators with a strong emphasis in persuasive writing, and present a professional and congenial image to clientele.
