Commercial Litigation Attorney Candidate must be licensed in Texas with federal court experience. Must have: 3+ years' experience with trials, depositions, meditations, drafting and defending complex multi-party motions for summary judgment, discovery requests and responses, and preparing and filing all trial related pleadings in State and Federal Courts is mandatory. Must have worked on cases that have went to trial. Exceptional research and writing ability; Strong background in transactional work with experience with multiple government agencies and preparation of various documents; ability to review, organize and summarize voluminous documents to marshal evidence for hearings and trials; Experienced in deposing key witnesses in commercial and corporate cases; Familiar with preparing trial strategy memos for litigation cases to which they are assigned; Willing to travel Comfortable creating dynamic presentations for trial; Fully prepared, relaxed and focused when arguing motions in State and Federal Courts.
