Legal Secretary The candidate will perform a variety of secretarial duties, including to, transcribing and typing correspondence, drafting engagement letters and new matter memos and editing documents. Should have strong word processing skills able to apply and create styles and numbering schemes. Additional skills required include a strong proficiency with proofreading, time entry, travel arrangement coordination, scheduling of conferences and conference calls, processing of medical claims and file maintenance. Must have experience with managing the client billing process from entering time, making edits to bills, working with Accounting, tracking complex billing arrangements, to dealing directly with clients in receiving payment. Must be proficient in MSWord (2013) and Outlook (2013). Experience with Excel (2013), Elite and FileSite (iManage) is preferred.
