Paralegal / Legal Assistant The candidate will complete all assigned clerical tasks pertaining to case work in a timely manner; Track billable time; Calendar appointments and court dates; Ensure that the firm's filing systems are up to date and organized. Greeting clients, answering incoming calls, managing e-mail correspondence and scanning and relaying client documents. Should have 3+ years of experience. Must have experience with all programs in Microsoft Office, experience with drafting Pleadings, Orders, Memorandums, Disclosure, Discovery requests, etc., and possess excellent writing skills and type at least 45+ words per minute.
