Associate Attorney, Litigation The candidate will manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by developing agreements, negotiating contracts, settling claims, and advocating for clients in court. Will maintain and manage own case load. Take initiative in pursuing new clients and cases. Must have 1-2 years of litigation experience. Must be proficient in handling multiple areas of law, with an emphasis on civil litigation, criminal, and family law. Should preferably have experience handling matters in multiple areas of law. Should have strong written and oral communication skills. Must be licensed in Virginia and D.C./Maryland. Should speak a foreign language.
