This is the Atlanta outpost of an international firm. Although this firm is international, it still has a decidedly regional feel to it, and it international only to service certain valued clients. Life is reasonably good in the Atlanta office, where there are attorneys capable of handling every measure of legal problem faced by companies or corporations. Although the litigators are able to become more specialized, corporate associates have a general practice, which ocassional spreads them (and their expertise) a bit thin. Lagging behind in compensation, this firm is dedicated to associate life issues, and has, as a result, a good deal of devoted associates.
Real Estate Staff Attorney The candidate will spend days focusing on real estate and finance matters throughout the country and supporting a team that represents lenders, real estate investors, and developers in a variety of transactions and projects. Add to the growth and join an outgoing and fast-paced team. Must have strong academics and work ethic, a positive attitude, and an interest in growing your practice in commercial finance and real estate; excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills and are admitted to the Georgia Bar or admitted to and in good standing with another state's bar (and willing to waive in or sit before the Georgia Bar).
