Associate Attorney The candidate will be obtaining and preparing witness statements and declarations. Will be conducting legal research. Responding to and drafting discovery, letters, subpoenas, motions, oppositions, calendar dates for cases and deadlines, class certification motions, and related documents. Must have 1-2 years of attorney experience (discrimination, harassment, etc.). Must be comfortable interviewing clients and witnesses.
