IP Docketing Paralegal The candidate will join Intellectual Property Department. Review incoming and outgoing electronic and hard copy communications, determine deadlines to be docketed, clear old deadlines and docket new deadlines, identify new or changed data and update database accordingly. Prepare standard docket reports as requested by team leader, attorneys, paralegals, IP assistants, and staff. Prepare and distribute weekly docket reports. Other tasks as assigned. Must have 2-3 years of IP docketing experience preferably in a law firm setting. Bachelor s degree preferred. Experience with CPi and foreign docketing a plus. High level of professionalism, interpersonal, and communication skills, with great facility in interacting with both lawyers and administrative staff are needed.
