Litigation Attorney (Commercial) Duties: Providing assistance and guidance to healthcare providers. The primary practice areas for commercial litigation group include representing healthcare providers in business/commercial disputes and representing property and casualty insurance companies in policy coverage disputes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and JD Degree. Must be a member of the Virginia State Bar. Admission to practice in Virginia (or ability to become admitted promptly). 2+ years litigation experience. Excellent writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills required. Ability to work well with others and under pressure while maintaining composure. Preferred: Admission to practice in MD and/or DC. Insurance coverage litigation & Healthcare law experience.
