Bankruptcy Paralegal The candidate will be preparing initial drafts of bankruptcy filings and finalizing the same, assisting in answering client calls, confirm client appointments and hearings, managing attorney calendar, and meeting with clients as needed. Should have 2 years of experience as a Bankruptcy Paralegal preparing Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 petitions, schedules, plans, filings, etc. Experience with Best Case and ECF filings is required. Fluency in a foreign language is a plus.
