Qualifications: NY and NJ Bar admission required. 1 year of litigation experience. Expected to make court appearances in NY and NJ. Familiarity with FDCPA, TCPA and TILA preferred. Must have excellent writing, communication and organizational and interpersonal skills. Must be detail-oriented.
