Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for discovery; drafting pleadings; medical summaries/medical chronologies; litigation budgets, etc.; regular contact with client, insured, experts, opposing parties, etc.; and attorney preparation for deposition, hearing, mediation and trials. Must have 5+ years of experience. Familiarity with insurance company billing practices and working knowledge of Total Office (f/k/a Client Profiles) case management software a plus.
