Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate should have 3+ years experience in handling PI Cases. Experience prepping arbitration packets and reviewing medical records ideal. Must be able to manage case load, open files, request medical records, maintain client correspondence, and assist busy attorney. Will be able to process files from inception to litigation. Required to assist attorneys in a fast past environment, and simultaneously work independently to maintain consistent and timely follow up on assigned cases. Computer literacy required.
