Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have at least 3 - 5 years of paralegal experience with strong emphasis in writing skills and be detail oriented, as well as have ability to handle all aspects of discovery, exercise sound judgment, think creatively, and work independently. Additional qualifications include ability to handle all aspects of discovery, prioritize work tasks, be deadline oriented, communicative with co-workers in department, and be familiar with state and federal litigation requirements. Should have strong research and writing skills. Must be fully computer literate, with preferred experience with Aderant Total Office (ATO). Paralegal Certificate preferred.
