Pre-Litigation Paralegal The candidate will work for workers' compensation and personal injury law firm Duties will include: Handling cases from intake to trial, Ordering, organizing, updating, and summarizing medical records, Drafting pleadings, motions and other legal documents including all discovery documents, Opening claims with insurance companies, Handling both litigation and non-litigation cases. Should have 1-5 years experience in the field of personal injury. Must have computer skills (Microsoft Office/Clio/Case Management software) have good time management skills, work well with a Plaintiff style clientele, have a positive attitude, and have a good attendance history.
