Immigration Paralegal Candidate will represent clients in all stages of removal proceedings, including immigration court, the BIA, Ninth Circuit and USCIS. Will: Prepare applications to file with Immigration Court. Prepare and translate client legal documents. Maintain case management system (Cerenade). Interact with clients. Work in a team environment. Assist with answering phones. Must meet assigned deadlines and communicate case progress to Supervisor. Training and support will be provided to ensure success. Requirements: Immigration Court experience. Must have a passion for immigration law and be an energetic team player. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish for both written and verbal communication. Proper telephone etiquette (English and Spanish). Basic computer skills. Dependable transportation. Reliable. Strong work ethic.
