Associate Attorney The candidate will defend professionals and entities in matters involving medical malpractice, correctional medicine, nursing home actions, municipal and governmental cases, business disputes and licensing board reviews. Job duties will include brief writing, legal research, client communication, deposition attendance, motion practice and handling cases from inception through trial. Should preferably have 2+ years of experience with exceptional writing and research skills.
