Associate Attorney The candidate will assist with litigation and non-litigation matters for clients. Will assist on legal research, drafting pleadings, memorandum, periodic litigation reports, attending hearings and depositions, assisting partners at trial, and conferring with clients and insurers. Excellent writing skills required. Provide legal support to clients and assist attorneys. Prepare pleadings and attend hearings/trials. Should have 2-3 years of experience - preferably insurance defense litigation. Must have strong research, writing, communication and interpersonal skills. Strong legal knowledge is required. Must have Admission to Florida Bar.
