Patent Attorney (Electrical, Computer, Physics) The candidate should have 2 years of patent drafting and prosecution experience in electrical and/or software technologies. Responsibilities for these positions include all aspects of the patent practice, including preparation and prosecution of patent applications and opinion work. International patent prosecution experience a plus. Must have excellent academic credentials with a minimum BS Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Physics. Admission to the Patent Bar is required, and Patent Attorneys must hold a J.D. from an ABA-approved law school, and be in good standing and an active member of the bar of the state in which the candidate is admitted to practice.
