Family Law Paralegal The candidate should preferably have a Bachelor's degree. Minimum 5 years of family law paralegal experience is preferred. Also, 1 year of MS Office experience is preferred. Must be able to carry dissolution, paternity, child support, complex cases divorce, and custody cases from start to completion. Excellent organization, writing, follow-up, and client rapport skills are required. Must fit in well and be a team player, with an 'all-in' attitude.
