Attorney ( Personal Injury Pre-Litigation) The candidate should be familiar with all aspects of the pre-lit process from initial case evaluation, case development, demand packaging, and settlement. Should be well-versed with the typical steps involved with handling motor vehicle accidents. Must be licensed to practice in the State of Texas and be in good-standing with the State Bar. Must have high school or equivalent degree. Must have MVA 2 years' Pre-Litigation experience. Must be licensed Attorney (State of Texas).
