Part-time Attorney The candidate must have 3+ years of litigation experience to join the firm's product liability defense and commercial litigation practice. Should have experience in discovery, legal research, motion/brief writing, deposition, and court appearances. Must have exceptional writing skills. Must have the ability to develop, foster, and maintain firm client relationships. Effective time and project management skills are required. Strong analytical abilities are needed. Good worth ethic and desire to work as a trial attorney are needed. Minnesota Bar admission is required.
