Immigration Attorney The candidate will represent clients in all aspects of Immigration law. Maintain high-level of communication with all clients. Liaise with other attorneys in the firm and share all information regarding case preparation. Maintain accuracy to high volume rapid turnover case load. Participate in other office projects as assigned. Experience in waiver, removal cases, SIJIS, Family based petition, Employment based petitions interviews with USCIS is preferred. Should have 3+ years of experience in Immigration law Practice. Should be licensed in California and knowledgeable with the EOIR system.
