Associate Attorney, Immigration/Criminal Defense The candidate will be my right-hand go-to for bench trials at the Immigration Court. This includes preparing briefs, motions, preliminary hearings and, after training, final bench trials. Qualifications: Must be licensed to practice law in the United States. Admittance to the Utah Bar is preferred. Fluency in Spanish is a must. Some experience is necessary.
