General Corporate and Securities Mid-level Associate Attorney The candidate must have 2 to 3 years of experience (2017 or 2018 J.D.) for our General Corporate and Securities Group in our Chicago or New York office. Should have middle market general corporate and mergers and acquisitions experience in a large law firm setting. Strong academic record and excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills are required. Candidates must also be licensed and in good standing in the state in which the candidate would practice.
